For Argus claims with dates of service on or before May 31, 2026: Submit claims via the Allshores provider portal.
For Allshores claims with dates of service on or after June 1, 2026: Submit claims via the Allshores provider portal.
For BF&M claims with dates of service on or before May 31st, 2026: Submit claims via BF&M Pharmacy Provider Portal
For Argus claims with dates of service on or before May 31st, 2026: Submit claims via Allshores provider portal
