Yes, you are encouraged to vote by completing the proxy form circulated with the AGM notice if you can’t attend. If you did not receive a proxy form at the time of the AGM announcement, you can contact Shareholder Services.
Yes, you can send a proxy to the AGM in your place. You are required to complete and sign the voting form, and the proxy must bring the signed form, along with a valid government-issued ID, to the AGM.
